Weston Weber is the founder of Celebrity Greens. He is considered the master of the synthetic golf green. In the 1990s, Weber pioneered the golf green industry perfecting the use of synthetic turf, building a reputation for exceptional attention to the aesthetics, scale and complexity of the design, the quality of the materials and the installation technology. Today, he is considered the industry’s leading expert with an impressive history of designing and building championship-level short courses and putting greens for more than 70 PGA Tour professionals and exclusive golf greens for private residences and commercial use.

Gina Weber is the founder of Celebrity Greens. She is a seasoned marketing executive with over 30 years of experience. Weber directs all operations for Celebrity Greens and trains and supports their growing dealer network globally. Weber has extensive institutional knowledge of the synthetic turf business, having directed global marketing for the synthetic turf company she and Weston sold in 2008. In addition to operations, she directs all the branding and marketing efforts for Celebrity Greens worldwide and its growing network of international dealers.
Mark Phillips
Celebrity Greens National Trainer.
Mark Phillips is a master at artificial grass installation and is our lead trainer of Dealers on the Celebrity Greens Installation Systems.
Phillips started in the installation side of the synthetic turf business in 2007. In 2010, he began advising contractors about synthetic turf products and installation techniques, in addition to selling over the phone, while he continued installing projects. He honed his skills on golf green design and installation for the next 3 years. Celebrity Greens took notice. Mark’s extensive experience positioned him to be the lead trainer for CG. He has held this position since 2018. Mark is a valuable member of CG Team, fluent in Spanish, and the first one our dealers call for any question regarding the CG system.
Matt Hathaway
Golf Course Construction
Matt Hathaway has over 25 years experience in the golf construction industry, and has been responsible for building and maintaining over 50 golf course projects in the United States, Asia and Latin America. Hathaway established a niche for developing high-end projects for various golf course architects and developers including Robert Trent Jones, Jack Nicklaus Design, Arnold Palmer Design, Pete Dye and Schmidt-Curley Design.
He specializes in synthetic turf installations for athletic and golf for both residential and commercial applications. He focuses on developing and managing multiple projects throughout the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Grant Haserot
ASGCA Certified Golf Course Architect
Grant is an ASGCA certified golf course architect with more than 35 years of golf course design experience. Grant has designed golf courses all around the world for great designers such as Jack Nicklaus, Pete Dye, Fred Couples and Nick Faldo. Grant brings this expertise to Celebrity Greens to aid in designing our larger scale projects and is great sales person to help close your deal. Grant is a great resource for your larger scale projects that require professional design and plan production. .
